The Home Tab provides a comprehensive summary of your child's profile, constantly updating as changes occur. An exceptional feature is found in the Activity tab under the Kids Details section, which reveals the status of your child's WhatsApp Business (WA) account. This includes recording the duration of their online activity, with each new session conveniently logged. To utilize this feature, parents must set up WA on their child's phone using the authorized number.

The initial setup requires the input of your child's mobile number for monitoring purposes. Once validated, the device will not require any further verification for a period of six months. To ensure user authority over the entered phone number, periodic SMS verifications are conducted to prevent unauthorized surveillance.

Parents are required to enter their child's name or nickname, which will be displayed on the Home screen during monitoring. Verification of the parent's relationship and confirmation of the child's minor status is mandatory. It is important to note that monitoring will automatically cease once the child reaches 18 years of age.

Our Statistics tab provides a graphical breakdown of activity data while the Tags tab allows parents to group significant periods for enhanced monitoring. For your convenience, you have the option to directly download CSV data to your phone.

Our app features Kids Profile Settings that allow you to receive online and offline notifications, as well as an option to delete the profile and all related data. The 'Add Kid' function enables you to monitor multiple children.

The Balance tab offers a visually appealing horizontal chart that displays your child's activity data for easy comprehension. The Activity tab serves as a valuable tool in evaluating changes in your child's online behavior. The Balance, Activity, and Statistics tabs have been thoughtfully designed to provide parents with valuable insights.

An App Tracking Transparency request is in place to ensure that you are fully aware of the data collected. Understanding the usage habits of our users is of utmost importance to us, which is why we conduct a Parent Usage Survey.

To sustain app usage, we offer a Subscription model that allows you to monitor from 1 to 10 kids with Premium, Platinum, Diamond, and Advanced packages. Your subscription will automatically renew until canceled, with charges applied to your iTunes account at the time of purchase and each subsequent renewal. To avoid charges, please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your iTunes settings. In the event of cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period, after which you will be moved to the free service.

If you decide to delete the app, all data will be erased, and tracking will cease. The 'Disallow My Number' feature provides an additional layer of access restriction through SMS verification. Users also have the option to set a pin code to safeguard their child's private information. As per GDPR compliance, all historical data is deleted upon app removal or deletion of the child's profile. The 'Delete All My Data' feature allows users complete control over erasing their data at their discretion.

The 'Share App' feature enables users to recommend the app to others, and for those who wish to continue with previous subscriptions, the 'Restore Subscription' option is available.
